Kendallville hosted a Regional Development Authority meeting Wednesday at the Outdoor Recreation Complex. The RDA board, which approved Regional Cities funding to expand the complex, presented the city check for $254,800 towards the work that has been completed thus far. While in town, board members also toured the Fishing Line Trail, another Noble County project that was funded.
