Noble County job fair approaching
ALBION — Local employers will be looking to fill about 200 open positions at this year’s annual Noble County Career Fair.
The Noble County Career Fair on April 11 will be open to high school students and the general public.
Approximately 25 Noble County employers will be hosting booths at Central Noble Jr./Sr. High School. Students from IMPACT Institute, East Noble, West Noble, and Central Noble high schools will meet with employers in the morning, and then the fair will be open to the public in the afternoon.
The companies in attendance represent the manufacturing, health care, agriculture, law enforcement, and construction industries. Entry-level starting wages for these positions range from $10.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.
Those who wish to attend the career fair in the afternoon can come to Central Noble High School’s auxiliary gym between noon and 2:30 p.m.
