LAOTTO — Representatives from Wabash Valley Power, Noble REMC and others from are electric cooperatives gathered this week to dedicate a new, 1-megawatt Laotto Solar Generating Station located along State Road 3 (Lima Road) between Avilla and Laotto, just over the Noble County line in DeKalb County.
Ball State University has released a Indiana Community Asset Inventory (CAIR) report to provide an assessment of the quality of life and economic conditions for each county in Indiana. The report analyzed data available to the public and assigned rankings under seven major categories:
